Considered an historical and cultural heritage monument, this Windmill features sculpted stone work, has been meticulously restored, and is one of the few windmills in Portugal that has preserved its original design, mast, poles, ropes and clay jugs. Located in Guerreiros, Loures, it is five minutes from the A8 road; 25 minutes from Lisbon, Mafra and Ericeira; and 30 minutes from Carcavelos and Sintra.

The ground floor consists of a living room with carved stone work, a window, a storage room, and a kitchen and bathroom that were added on to the Windmill. The entrance door is made of armoured steel. The top two floors have two bedrooms, one bedroom on each floor. The access to the second floor is via a stone staircase with a wrought-iron railing. The access to the third floor is via a cast iron spiral staircase.

The kitchen is 12 square meters, has a granite countertop, 18th-century tiles and a window. The bathroom is nine square meters, has a granite countertop, 18th-century tiles, an oval bathtub and a window. The second floor bedroom has three original 18th-century windows with wooden shutters, and double glazed windows on the outside. The third floor has a two-ton mast in the center of the space. On this floor, a single bed can be placed on either side of the mast. The third floor provides access to a 360 degree belvedere with panoramic views.

The surrounding land consists of garden areas, kennels and storage areas. The farm has a borehole, this water is drinkable and can be used for irrigation. This property is not suitable for traditional construction but it is viable for prefabricated houses.
