About the property Monte das Nogueiras is a 103 hectare Agricultural Estate with a traditional Alentejo farmhouse in ruins, located near the village of Freixo in Redondo, Alentejo. Just 10km from the town of Redondo, 30km from Évora and Estremoz, and 90 minutes from Lisbon, the estate is easily accessible via the paved road EN-18 that connects Redondo to Evoramonte.

One of the most important features of the Estate, apart from its breathtaking landscape and existing ruins, is its abundant water supply. The property is equipped with three boor holes and has the capacity for a fourth.

Monte das Nogueiras is nestled in an idyllic, gently undulating and harmonious landscape, offering beautiful 360-degree views from its highest point. The old farmhouse, now in ruins, situated at the highest point, provides panoramic views of Serra d'Ossa and Evoramonte. Given the existing electricity and water infrastructures, conducting construction on the estate will be much easier than is typical on this type of property in this region.
